Refunds:
We do not do refunds.
Due to the nature and size of our business we are unable to cater to this request. However, we do offer store credits, which can be used to purchase a new item. Please have a look at our return policy for detailed information.
Return & Exchange policy
Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the items are damaged in their original packaging or if you receive a wrong order. Unfortunately we are unable to cater to product returns based on change of mind.
- All items that you wish to return should be in its original condition. It must be unused, untampered and with all tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to try on the item but adequate measures must be taken to preserve its original condition.
- Please note that shipping charges incurred by you will not be refunded.

In the cases where your product arrives damaged, you must email an unboxing video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. wehearyou@baegocray.com
Note: Kindly note that our working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Your query will be addressed within 24 hours of receiving your email. - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- For Exchange, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges all over India
- Once our team at Bae Go Cray checks the details & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered back by the customer to our billing address.
- Re-shipping / pick-up charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the returned product(s),we will check the condition of the product before making the new/ correct dispatch as per our policy.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
Store Display Accuracy
We take every effort to display accurate colours of our products in the store. Due to the lighting and computer resolution, there might be minute differences in some of the products. Unfortunately in cases like these we will not be able to accept any returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Return
Send an email at wehearyou@baegocray.com with the reason for return & unboxing video of the package and damaged product within 2 days of receiving the package. You will receive a response from our team within 24 hours of receiving your query. Once approved we will share the address where you can return your item. You are required to return the product within 7 days of receiving the address.
Which products are not eligible for return and exchange?
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- Returned without proper safety packaging
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery
- If there’s no unboxing video of the delivered product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
